These terms cover your use of sandpointstudios.ltd,
the portfolio site for Sand Point Studios LLC. They do not cover
any individual product — each product has its own terms,
linked from its own site.

By using sandpointstudios.ltd, you agree to these
terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
sandpointstudios.ltd is an informational site. It
introduces Sand Point Studios and links out to the products and
partnerships it builds. It does not have user accounts, does not
process any transaction, and does not ask you to sign up for
anything. The only interaction the site offers is a mailto link
to our contact address, which is handled by your own mail
client.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site — including the Sand Point Studios name, logo, and the copy describing our products and partnerships — belong to Sand Point Studios LLC or are used with permission. You’re welcome to link to the site. Please don’t copy or reuse the branding or design without asking first.
Links to products and other companies
This site links to the websites of products Sand Point Studios builds, and to the websites of partner companies we do development work alongside. Each of those sites is its own product or company, with its own terms of service and its own privacy policy — this page doesn’t cover them, and we aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Follow the links from this site to read the terms that apply to a specific product.
No warranties
This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee that it will always be online, error-free, or up to date.
