Studio privacy statement
Privacy
Sand Point Studios LLC is the data controller for
sandpointstudios.ltd. Each individual product has its
own privacy policy that reflects the data flows specific to that
product — follow the product links from each division page to read
them.
This website
This policy covers sandpointstudios.ltd and its sister
sites: consumer., commercial.,
entertainment. and education.sandpointstudios.ltd,
and agogedev.com, which all link here. Our apps have their
own policies, linked from their own sites.
sandpointstudios.ltd is a static website. It runs no
user accounts and sets no authentication cookies. Two pages do have
forms — the contact page, and the pilot request on
education.sandpointstudios.ltd — and what they
collect is described next.
The forms on this site
If you send the contact form, we keep what you type: your name, email address, organization if you give one, which product or topic you picked, and your message. The education pilot request also asks about your institution, role, course, class size and the tools you use.
With either, we also keep the time, the page you sent it from, and an approximate location — country, and usually region and city — worked out from your internet connection by Cloudflare, who serve this site. That location is not your address, and it is often only accurate to the nearest large town.
We use it to reply to you. Submissions are stored by our shared form service (a Cloudflare Worker we run) and open a ticket in our internal system; to limit abuse the service keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, never the address itself. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list. Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will delete it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-respecting analytics product that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal information. We see aggregate counts of page views, referrers, and rough geography at the country level. We do not combine this with any other data.
Emails you send us
If you send us an email, we read it, we reply, and we keep a record of the conversation for as long as we need to serve you. We do not add you to any marketing list. We do not share your email with third parties.
Products
Each product Sand Point Studios makes has its own privacy policy that reflects what that product actually does with data. In general:
- Our products default to local-first data storage where practical — your data lives on your device or your own infrastructure, not on our servers.
- Where we use cloud AI, we prefer a bring-your-own-key model so that your usage is billed and logged against your own provider account, not ours.
- We do not sell, rent, or share product data with third parties.
