Studio privacy statement
Privacy
Sand Point Studios LLC is the data controller for
sandpointstudios.ltd. Each individual product has its
own privacy policy that reflects the data flows specific to that
product — follow the product links from the home page to read
them.
This website
sandpointstudios.ltd is a static website. It does
not collect forms, run user accounts, set authentication cookies,
or ask for any personal information. The only contact channel on
the site is a mailto link, which is handled by your own mail
client and is not stored by us until you voluntarily send us an
email.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-respecting analytics product that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal information. We see aggregate counts of page views, referrers, and rough geography at the country level. We do not combine this with any other data.
Emails you send us
If you send us an email, we read it, we reply, and we keep a record of the conversation for as long as we need to serve you. We do not add you to any marketing list. We do not share your email with third parties.
Products
Each product Sand Point Studios makes has its own privacy policy that reflects what that product actually does with data. In general:
- Our products default to local-first data storage where practical — your data lives on your device or your own infrastructure, not on our servers.
- Where we use cloud AI, we prefer a bring-your-own-key model so that your usage is billed and logged against your own provider account, not ours.
- We do not sell, rent, or share product data with third parties.
